Thank you to the staff of the Neurosurgery Department at the Mayo Clinic who organized a pancake breakfast fundraiser for us again this year at Applebees on April 11 benefitting our expansion project. We are grateful for your partnership in helping us help kids on the mend!

Last September, our friends at Five West chose to make Cy’s Place a part of their tenth anniversary celebration. They donated ten percent of their sales on that day. Wow! We are grateful!

A HUGE thanks goes to an anonymous donor who, in May 2025, gave a gift of $250,000 toward our expansion project—enough money to build an entire apartment on our Ashland Drive property! We are AMAZED and ENCOURAGED by this generosity and partnership with us—helping us help even more kids on the mend and their families! Donations have now reached $600,000, more than one fourth of the total funds needed to complete our expansion project.

Thanks to the Mayo Clinic for inviting us to Alicia’s birthday party in the Atrium (in April 2025). We loved celebrating this therapy dog’s fifth birthday with all of the kids! It was fun to be able to pass out presents to the children who joined in the festivities, gifts that were donated to Cy’s Place during our recent Wagons of Hope fundraiser!

Thanks to Braze for donating to Cy’s Place through their “Braze for Social Impact” Fund at the Tides Foundation (in February 2025)! The winners of their employee virtual games passed on their winnings of $4,000 to Cy’s Place. Fun! And then, “Parents at Braze” gave Cy’s Place another gift of $5,000. Wow!
